The term “Coaching” is widely used for a variety of different situations nowadays. Coaching is a partnership between me (the coach) and you (the coachee) aimed towards reaching your goals. It takes the form of discussions where I ask questions and, together, we raise your awareness and accountability around your specific situation. I’m your sounding board and your accountability buddy.
Coaching is also proactive. It allows you to prepare yourself for situations before they occur, making your more confident, resilient and knowledgeable,
