My Story

Choosing a Coach can be complicated. One of the most important thing is to have a good “Chemistry”, finding a Coach you can relate to and trust.

My name is S├ębastien Migeotte and I’m an AoEC certified Associated Practitioner in Executive Coaching. AoEC certification is recognized by the ICF – International Coach Federation and ensures the quality of the services provided by their trained Coaches. Here under is more information about where I come from and what I believe in to help you find out if we could be a good match.

Background

I was born and raised in Namur, Belgium. Namur is the capital city of Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. I attended science secondary school and went on to study Electro-mechanical Engineering at the Blaise-Pascal University. As a part of this cursus, I went for a six months Erasmus in Aberdeen, Scotland just before I graduated my Master in Engineering with distinctions.

From there, I spent one year in Australia and two months in New-Zealand, mixing work and travel, before I started my career.

During my 10 years in the Manufacturing industry, I held a variety of positions ranging from specialist to middle management. Few examples : Manufacturing Engineer for Caterpillar Belgium, Project Manager for ABB AS and lately Project Management Office Manager still for ABB AS.

If you are still wondering what a Belgian guy is doing in Estonia, the answer is classic : I met my Estonian wife in Australia and decided to move to beautiful Estonia.

You can talk and write with me in French, English and Estonian.

Values

In many cultures, it is said that before you can help others finding their true selves, you first need to know yourself. This value system is the result of my self-reflection and is build in layers, the bottom layer being the most deeply rooted.

Beliefs

The reason why I started with Coaching resides in my beliefs that people can accomplish anything they set their minds onto, given they possess the 3 essential ingredients : positive mindset, clear vision and great work-ethic.
