Today, I’d like to write about one of the essential role of a Coach: Building confidence.
Once we are clear on what are the Coachee’s objectives, one of my goal as a Coach is to build the person’s self-confidence. Self-confidence provides a strong belief that they have all it takes to reach their objectives.
During a coaching session, I will look in the past and present to find elements of success in similar setups. By bringing out positive past experiences or finding people from whom to seek advice or guidance is building the foundation for confidence in self as well as in the ability to reach the desired goal.
